SHIPPING: Purchased items are mailed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays after payment has cleared and designs are final. Shipping charges are a combination of postage cost, shipping supplies, gasoline and insurance when applicable. Desire Thee Designs does NOT profit on shipping charges.
All orders will have a tracking number and will be updated to your order once shipped.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:As Always, your satisfaction is guaranteed and we want you to be a happy customer! Due to difficulty of attempting to resell/restock handmade/customized items, our policy is there is Absolutely NO Refunds/Returns for any handmade/customized items. We do have a 5-day exchange policy (unworn pieces) from when item was purchased. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping to return ANY items.

CUSTOM ORDERS are typically shipped within 10–15 business days from the date of purchase. If there are any delays due to labor, design, or material availability, we will contact you using the information you provided. Please note that all custom pieces and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
